Sascha Devigne is editor-in-chief of STUDIO 47, a regional TV station in Duisburg, Germany.  Devigne is juror for the NRW Citizens' Media Award by the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) and curates the online academy for local TV journalism. He is a member of Board at the IST University of Management and at the Ruhr Conference's Media Topic Forum. In 2013 he was awarded the German Regional Television Prize.
